Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am writing this letter to ask for a favour regarding the first assignment that I am supposed to do for the next month.

I have been studying this new course which is in university since 3th September. I do not know how is teaching system in there and how to do the assignments which you gave it to me and it is my first homework which was given by you.

Last day, you gave us a new hometask for to write at home but I do not understand how to do the assignment. Since this assignment seems very challenging and difficult to me. It consists of confused numbers and tables and I have never seen such kind of hometask.

As a solution to the problem, I suggest that we should meet any day after your work. If you want, we will make an appointment to discuss this issue. I think , it is a good idea and after that I will understand how to write the assignment.
