Dear sir/ Madam,

I am writing this to inform you to apologise, for not yet replace books from our library .I am received book on July 6 and the due date is July 9 . unfortunately I have fever for last 3days and restrict bed rest so I was not went to college.

I understood other students also need this books and deeply apologise for inconvenience.I will try to return the book as soon as possible.so please give me a time to extend the due date to replace it.sorry for this incidents I am not do it again.Please do not revoke my library card and I am ready to beat all the fine you impose on me.
