Dear Rita,

How are you doing, and how’s the family. I am writing to you to inform you about the damage I caused to your device.

I am very sorry for the destruction I caused to your laptop. It was not something I planned for. It just happened and am really sorry for the inconveniences.

The device was plugged to the socket, unknowing to me that the current was so full, and it made the charger blow off, causing the system to produce out smoke.

I was thinking if you could tell me the cost of getting you a new device, or I will go to the repair store and get a replacement for it. I hope this doesn’t cause you so much stress.
