Dear Sir or Madam

My name is Adis currently living in Bundaberg, which is about 5 hours driving from Brisbane.

Last week I went to your store to get a new winter suit for next week. I purchased the outdoor jacket, 4 pieces of black long johns, and a high-visibility working jacket. I am going to use that for work next week and the weeks after, because it is getting cold here, and I am a tropical person who really loves warm conditions.

I have a situation with two pairs of black long johns, it has a small hole on the knee, and it is getting bigger just after I am using it. I think is because the pants are stretching out.

I wish you would understand that I need these long johns immediately to keep me warm when I work every day. Do not hesitate to call me when you need more details about the receipt. You can find my phone number from your data because I registered as your loyal customer last year.
