Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent clothing purchase I made from your online store on 10 February 2026.
The order number is #23451, and it included a navy blue jeans (size L) and a dark blue T-shirt of M-size. The items were delivered to my home address on 15 February 2026. I made the payment in full using my credit card.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of both items. The jeans I received is a different shade of navy blue than the one displayed on your website, and the fabric appears much thinner than described. Moreover, the T-shirt has loose stitching along the sleeves and does not fit properly despite ordering the correct size according to your size chart. These issues suggest a lack of quality control.
I require a replacement urgently as I purchased these clothes for an upcoming professional event scheduled next week. I would appreciate it if you could arrange an exchange at the earliest possible date. Please also inform me about the procedure for returning the defective items.
