I hope this message finds you well. I am one of your customers and am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I faced recently. I purchased a winter jacket from your website last week, which was available with a great discount; therefore, I ordered it for myself.

Although I have always had good shopping experiences with your website, this time, I was very disappointed when I received the product because the actual size of the cloth was smaller than its descriptions. Consequently, I have raised a complaint with your customer care, and they assured a swift resolution.

However, the replacement is needed very urgently, as I have already planned to wear it on my friend’s weeding which has scheduled next Sunday. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter with your staff and ensure that the jacket delivered on or before Sunday.
