I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your online store. On April 20th, I ordered a black formal jacket (Order No: 123456) from your website, and it was delivered to me on April 25th.

Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I noticed that the jacket was not in the condition I expected. Firstly, it was a different size than what I had ordered (I requested a size Medium but received a Small), and secondly, there was a noticeable tear along the inner lining of the jacket. Given that this was meant to be worn at an important event next week, I am very disappointed.

As the event is approaching quickly, I kindly request a replacement jacket in the correct size to be sent to me urgently. I would appreciate it if you could prioritize this matter and arrange for express delivery.
