Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regards of dissatisfaction of my purchase from your online company.

I ordered two dresses, one is a pink coloured floral dress and another is red silk dress with small hair band.

The quality is quite fine and impressive but when i tired them on they were too tight. I felt uncomfortable, however i check the label the size was not which i ordered. O ordered medium size and it was small. I was disappointed on that time.

I purchased these dresses for my brother’s wedding which is not far away. I kindly request you to replace my order as soon as possible so i can get them on time.
