Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my this satisfaction regarding the purchase I have made.

Actually, I ordered a jacket from your eminent website. It was of navy blue colour, and its price is 848 rupees. The payment was done online. Additionally, I made this purchase on 24 April, and I received my order on 29th April. Unfortunately, I ordered M size, but I got S size jacket. I felt terrible about this experience as I never received wrong size. I have order details, I can send it to you if you want.

Sir, I want a replacement as soon as possible because it was the occasion of my sister’s birthday on 6th April, and I need to wear this on that day, as the dress code is navy blue.
