I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the dress that I ordered from your store online. I ordered a red-coloured dress which is ankle-length and has a ten-inch slit from your website. The material is velvet. It was on sale, and I received a discount of $50. I placed the order on the 20th of February and received it on the 25th.
There are a couple of issues with the dress. The colour of the dress does not match the picture on your website. Moreover, it looks used, and the quality of the fabric is poor. It is the wrong size because I wear a m edium, but this is a large, which is too big for me.
I would like to request a replacement for this product. I want to wear this dress on my birthday, which is next Saturday. I really need this dress for the party because I love it. Please deliver the new dress before Saturday so that I can try it on.
