I remember ordering on December 23rd. One of my friends told me about your shop and the New Year’s sale that was running. I explored your website and picked two baby pink sweatshirts for my kids, as well as ordered two pairs of lowers and casual T-shirts. My order ID number is 786-12-4948.
Moreover, my excitement turned into disappointment when I received my parcel and opened it. The sweatshirt color did not match. In addition, the lowers’ size was not similar to the given size, and also the T-shirts were not available in the parcel.
I think your team sent me someone else’s order. I tried to contact your team, but they still have not responded yet. I request you to issue me a refund or replace my items.
