Hope you are doing well. I am writing this email with regard to the pair of jeans that I purchased two days ago from your official branch in Paris. I clearly remember that I tried on a pair of white jeans with black stripes, and decided to purchase them. Therefore, I asked an employee to pack it for me and send it to my hotel room, because my backpack was full, and I could not fit another item into it.
Unfortunately, when I opened the package in my hotel room I noticed that you had sent a pair of blue jeans with red spots. Besides, the size of the jeans was different from what I had chosen. I believe that my package have been swapped with another package.
As I must attend a reunion party by the day after tomorrow, I would need the exact jeans to match my clothes. Therefore, I must ask you to urgently send me a replacement. I know how much you value your customers and would like to thank you in advance.
