Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that my experience with your staff was terrible last week . Usually i am coming with my family everytime in your restaurant for our weekends.

When i came this weekend i have seen some new faces . One waiter came to us and asked for order but i just told him to wait and let us decide what we need , but the boy behaved very rude and told us how much more time you want you sat here from long time . I feel very auckward and told him to call manager but he went to the kitchen and not came back .

Moreover, nobody came to apologise us qnd other guy came and took order and bring back after 30 minutes. Beside than this food quality was not good . I just want you to make your staff aware how to talk to customers and behave well

I am looking for the change and see you next time .
