Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express Less my dissatifaction with the service of the restaurant. Actually, it was the brithday party of my friend, so we decided to celebrate fare occasion in your restaurant, but I noticed that your staff didn’t treat me well and my friends. Indeed, we ordered golden pizza, but received king pizza by your waiter.
Unfortunately I complained about it to the manager of your hall, he did in’t show much interest for this concern and was busy to attend the call. Even though, when we approached to the Complaint box, which was placed on the right corner of the restaurant entry, he came quickly towards us and denied us to put complaint paper in the box.
As my buddies and I were dying of Hungry and we waited a long time for the order. Not only was the wait period long, but we were given the wrong pizza on our dinning. Howsome, we tried to approach the manager, while he ignored us throughout that time. The behaviour of your Staff was not appreciable. They had no manners for client dealing .A refund or a discount voucher would be appreciated to make up for this unpleasant experience.
At last I would be grateful if you some strict action against your staff and manger so that customers would not face any problem during their special time
