I’m regular customer in your restaurant, however today I’m writing to inform about my recent unpleasant experience in hotel.
I always cherish the variation in menu and uniqueness of your restaurant, but from last few days the quality of food decreased. For instance, I ordered pasta last night, and found that it was too saucy and salty as compared to last month. Not Only the quality, the hygienic condition of the tables have decreased since last two week.
I would like to request for refund of the food, since I’m an honest consumer and genuine. I do not want to fight for it.
Before wrapping, there are few suggestions if you can incorporate to prevent the dropping rate of customers like once in a week, inspection of food at the restaurant. Along with that, feedbacks from people would help to shine in the street of restaurants.
