Dear Sir/ Mam,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Jasveer Kaur, and I recently visited to your restaurant with my family for Dining. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience that I have had in my whole life. I was disappointed because I was not expecting that kind of food. As the food served on my table was cold, tasteless and there was a bad smell in that, it was not acceptable. When I wanted to clarify with staff, they just ignored us, and I felt insulted on that point.

I believe that you must take action on this because I do not believe that a restaurant can serve that type of food and ignore their customers. I hope you will point out this problem and resolve it as soon as possible.
