Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in regards to postpone my joining date for the course due to an unruly circumstance appeared abruptly.

My name is Ramandeep Singh and I took admission in Public Health management diploma course at your esteemed institution. I was supposed to be joining the University in the first week of the September but i am still skeptical about my date of arrival.

I had applied for the Australian Study visa last month and it has been already approved but i am yet to receive my passport. I have contacted the concerned immigration official and i am still waiting for a prompt response from their side.

I am assuming that it might take a couple of weeks to obtain my passport.

Therefore, I request to you provide with me with new joining date so that i can book my flight tickets accordingly.

I would appreciate your immediate intervention to this matter.
