Dear Mr.,

I am writing to bring your attention the problem I faced with a noise from your apartment. For the last month, a robot vacuum cleaner and a renovation in the walls in front of your house causes a constant noise around.

Firstly, it is negatively impact my concetration and makes inconvinient facilities for my productivity while working remotely and recharging at weekends. Not only does a robot vacuum cleaner cause a daily noise, but it is also turns on automatically and works every night, which affects my sleep. Moreover, noisy constraction works begin at the morning time and continiue until evening which makes a difficulties while holding the online-callings with buisiness partners.

To adress the issue I would kindly suggest to take a two hours break at 12 PM until 14 PM, which allows to hold meetings without noise disturbance. Also, turning off the robot vacuum cleaner at the night time would make the living environment more convinient for everyone.
