Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this letter in regards to gain information about the shopping centre you are planning to build in the 29-A microdistrict.

I heard about it in a recent newspaper, which mentioned that a new mall was predicted to be constructed by your company and that it would be located next to my apartment. However, the instructions given did not fully describe the topic and were definitely not enough to satisfy me.

This news made me happy because, after seven years of existence, my block will finally have its own shopping centre. The place where I live really needs this type of update, because many people want to go shopping somewhere near; that is why I am very excited about it.

As the information that I have read before was not sufficient for me, I would be grateful if you would provide me some details of the process. When will the building be finished and ready for service? How large is it going to be? Where can I find the full information or announcements about this project?
