Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my concerns about the new plan of the local authority to construct a shopping centre in the city. I do not agree with this decision because there are already many shops in the town. Moreover, residents can easily fulfill their needs from them.
Furthermore, if the shopping mall is built, the sales of the existing businesses would decline that would be an unfair for the owners. Instead, I have a more beneficial alternative. Firstly, the local authority could develop a park in the centre of the town where children can play, and people can sit together and spend time. Secondly, they could think of an idea of building a community centre in which a gym and a games area could be included. It would be a recreational area for people. Thank you for your consideration. Looking forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Sandeep kaur
