Dear Sir and Madam,

I am writing to express my upset feelings about my lost luggage during my recent trip using your airline service. I kindly request your prompt assistance in finding my suitcase and returning it to me.

Yesterday upon my arrival at my destination especially on 29 February 2024 at 09.30 PM. I was shocked because my suitcase did not arrive with me, and I patiently waited for two hours, yet regrettably, I was unable to find my luggage.

The missing suitcase was a large black color and had a red ribbon complete with my identity on it. Inside the suitcase, there are valuable items for me such as important documents, a charged phone, a laptop, and a hand watch.

I kindly request you to locate my luggage and return it to me as soon as possible. Because I needed documents inside the suitcase for my work and also lost my belongings it caused inconvenience and distress.

I would appreciate any update on this matter. Thank you for your attention.
