Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to lay complain for my missing suitcase.

I boarded your airline, flight : London to Abuja. I checked in two suitcases at the counter. All was confirmed okay and I checked in on the flight to Abuja.

We landed in Abuja and it was time to claim baggage, I waited to claim mine but to my surprise I only saw one and could not find the other suitcase. Upon enquiry at your service Centre, it was confirmed the suitcase had been lost in transit. The suitcase is brown in colour, a two zipper and rectangular in shape. The suitcase contains hip of baby clothes and toys for babies within the age 0-3years. These clothes worth 2,000pounds.

I humbly request that my suitcase is found at all cost as the content means more to me and my baby sister who is an expectant mother.

I expect that I will have a positive feedback from you as this is my first time of using your airline.
