Dear Sir,

I am writing to submit my resignation from the current role of a receptionist at your clinic.

I am delighted to inform you that I have successfully completed my Master’s degree in finance. I am extremely passionate about finance, especially about stock markets and I want to steer my career in that direction. I request you to accept this letter as my formal resignation from the position of a receptionist.

I am very grateful for the opportunity you gave me when I was merely a fresher. While working for your clinic, I got to develop my soft skills by communicating with the patients and this has helped me get my dream job at a leading broking firm in the US. I am very thankful for the lovely time I had during my tenure while working for you.

In accordance to my employment contract with you, I will be serving a 60 day notice period and during that time, I will do the needful to train my replacement staff and ensure a smooth transition of the responsibilities.

I wish you and your dispensary lots of success in the future.

Yours Sincerely,

Swaminathan
