Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter in order apologise for my inability in local community event.

I am new to this location and I hardly know anyone here. My main door lock was damaged due to which I was not able to leave the house and come to attend the event, as i hear about various robbery casses nearby.

Moreover, the similar layout of every sector alaways confused me and i took wrong direction which waste my time everyday. Along this, transit facilities were quite less as I realised, everyone here had their own personal vehicle and people hardly use busses for commuting purpose.

However, I shared my whatapp number in the society office and ask them to update me with upcoming events as now i do not want to miss any of the event and the voulenteer work which society organise.

Looking forward to recieve updates on my phone by society members.
