Dear deborah,
Hope you are doing great? i wanted to check on you regarding our last cooking class we had, i notice you did not join in the final session and decided to check in. the secondn class we had was taught by chef hilda who is a professional chef in native food, she listed some native dish that she is good at such as: Egusi, bitter leave soup, banga soup and so much more. But for the second session we mostly learn how to cook egusi soup which was a general soup.
firstly, we where given individual utensils and ingredient, Water and cooking gas was provided. then we started by cooking and saucing the meat while the meat was boiling we prepared ingredients that will be used like egusi seed, maggi , thyme, curry and the rest . after the meat was done we ADDED our ingredients and cooked the soup.
the soup was nice haven not eaten such but being my first time trying such out it was a 10 over 10 experience and would try this at home with family . i am also inviting you to come over to have a taste of this delicious new meal.
in conclusion the class was a great experience not to miss out . but by next week chef hilda would be coming around again to teach a new meal and i hope to see you there as well.
yours faithfully
