Dear Pam,

I hope this letter finds you well . I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for hosting me during my recent holiday at your place. I truly cherish the moments we spent together, it was a little remainder of the memories we have shared over the years.

However, upon my return home I discovered that I had forgotten my wallet at your place. It should be in one of the cabinets in the room where I stayed. The wallet is brown leather wallet with a black zipper and inside you’ll find an ID card and around $50 in cash.

Please could you help me send it over via the ‘SendSafe’ courier service near your home. I will cover the shipping cost. Furthermore, please help with forwarding the delivery information to me so that I can expect its arrival.
