Dear Lost and Found Department, KAI Indonesia,

My name is Tiara. I took Batara Express train from Tawang Station in Semarang to Balapan Station yesterday on May 25th, 2025. Unfortunately, when I reached my hotel in Solo, I realized that my wallet was missing. It was a black mini purse with rose embroidery on both sides. It had a small keychain with my name on it.

Since I went directly to my hotel from the station, I believed that my wallet was lost either in the train, Tawang, or Balapan Station.

I would appreciate if you can assist me finding my wallet promptly because it contained essential instruments such as ID Card, passport, and my Visa. I am scheduled to leave the country in two days, and I require the documents to do so.
