Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to seek your assistance in locating an item that I recently lost on public transportation.

Unfortunately, I lost my wallet when travelling on your public transport system. It is a black wallet about 10 centimetres in length and about 5 centimetres in height. On the front it has a gold embossed label, ‘Prada’, and it also has gold hardware on the zip. I am uneasy at losing this item as it contains essential items that I use on a daily basis. The inside of the wallet contains my identification card along with my debit card. There is also a sentimental photo located inside it that I would love to get back.This happened this afternoon, 14th March 2026, as I was travelling on the 333 bus from the city to Bondi Junction. I boarded the bus at 4pm and I alighted from the bus at 4:30pm. I suspect that the wallet must have fallen from my pocket as I was disembarking the bus and I did not notice as it was quite busy at that time of the afternoon.I would be most grateful if you could help me in locating my wallet. If you do succeed in finding it, I will be contactable on 0412345123 and can come to the depot to collect it.I look forward to hearing from you.
