Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention to my concern. I lost my wallet on the train while I was travelling from Union Station to Pickering yesterday.
The wallet is a small, pocket-friendly one with black and white stripes on it. It also has a Toronto Maple Leafs keychain with it. I boarded the train from platform number 01 at 1:30 pm yesterday and my seat number was 18C. I remember keeping my backpack just above my seat and my wallet was in the side case of it. I think when I took my bag before leaving, it must have fell out and I did not notice it until I reached home.
Would you please help me get it back because I have my important ID cards, like my driver’s license and my health card, in it. I am willing to pick it up from any station on Line 1 or near Pickering Go station. It would be great if you could deliver it to my home.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Niyati
