Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I left my laptop bag on the train yesterday. It contains my laptop, 4 chargers and my camera.

I got into the Flourish Express train yesterday at 4.00pm from Mandela Station. I sat in the ladies section which is right after carriage 4. Unfortunately, I forgot my laptop bag when i was getting off at Burkins Station. As soon as the train started leaving the platform I thought of my bag but, I didnt have enough time to grab it.

After realizing the blunder I made, I met the railway master at Burkins Station. He adivced me to write a letter to your department explaining the situation. Hence I am writing this letter to you. I would really appreciate if you can call me on 55669589559 if you find my bag. You can also reach me on my office number which is 41644884684. Thank you so much.
