My name is Angelina Lee. I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel room that is booked for my stay. I recently spent a night in your hotel, and I had a noise very early in the morning because of a faulty central heating system. There was very loud noise at 5 am in the morning. Because of this situation, my baby woke up early in the morning and cried.
Your manager promised to contact with me and regarding compensation, but a lot of time has passed, and he still has not contacted me. I wrote about this problem one month ago, and provided full information.
