Dear Sir,
I am writing formally to express my dissatisfaction regarding the response of the customer services department.
To commence with, I want to shed light on the purpose on complaining. On Monday afternoon I was travelling from college to home. As, during middays buses are mostly crowded. I left my book of business studies behind as I was also in hurry to leave the bus.
To illustrate further, the fact should be taken under scrutiny that I called the designated department several times. Unfortunately, the response of the customer services was not professional as, they don’t answered the call. Moreover, their way of dealing with the customers is unethical.
To conclude, the literature was crucial for my academic career. Moreover, the book is also not available in our country and I had purchased the pirated copy. Therefore, I need it badly.I would be obliged if you take necessary action in this regard and advice the bus workers to search for it.
