Dear Sir or Madam,

I am David from art program. I lost my student identification card last week when I was taking a train to campus. I think it happen when I was looking my train card and the student card maybe fall. The station was very crowded, I did not realized at that time. I was asking the staff about my missing, they tried to look for it, but if until 3 days I did not get an email from them it means my stuff is gone.

Yesterday, I went to library, I could not borrow a book if I am not showing my identification. It really difficult to me as a student do not have a ID card. I have already told to the reception, but the regulation prohibit students when they do not bring a card.

I would like to request a new student identification card. I will not lost my important stuff again. Thank you for you help.
