Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to express my disappointment with the ongoing inadequate disposal management in our community areas, especially around the Dudley Street where I live.
As a resident, my family and I have noticed that our areas are overflowing with waste. Accordingly, the most alarming issue is the unbreathable stanch caused by all those refused chunks. This serious problem leads to an increase in numerous insects, including blue flies and mosquitoes, which significantly disturb our daily lives.
Furthermore, this uncompromising issue not only causes threads to the community’s environment but also local members’ wellbeing. My sister was hospitalised twice last week owing to the harmful effects of this waste.
To effectively resolve the concern, I would like to suggest the local council officer to visit the area to investigate the situation. If they could also communicate with the cleaning department to reform the procedure and supervise the workers to ensure the required standard is met, it would be the ideal.
I appreciated your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Pim Kim
