Dear Mr.Johnson,

I am writing to apologise for my promises about working extra hours next week .

First of all, I need to tell you about my strong regret for saying that🤦 I am really sorry to that . However, According to my personal problem I could not be in the office for extra working ! The reason is My mom who looks after my little daughter is going to travel London next week. She leaves on Monday. Another problem my daughter worries about staying alone in the late so I must be in my home with my daughter earlier than as usual! You know that How hardworking person I am , I able to do my promises two weeks later when my mom comes back my house ! I regard your personality !

Once again , I apologise for this , I hope you will axcept my apologies
