Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to ask you for an explanation of the following issues. The Internet line installed at my house is too slow and it shuts down frequently and automatically just after one month of using.
The staffs of your company guaranteed me that I would get the fast connectivity if I agreed to purchase twelve months of using. Despite of not using in peak hours, the speed was still too slow and it was not enough for me to attend my online classes. Sometimes the Internet signal disappeared for almost an hour. Moreover, when I called to complain about this issue to your staff, they did not give me any assist or advice.
I kindly request your company to send some staffs come over and check the Internet line immediately. I expect that you would install new cables and modem for me. Besides, I would like a guarantee from your company that the speed on the Internet will be the same as your promise after fixing and I will get a refund if these problems happen to me again. I will send you the copies of my receipts with this letter.
