Dear Thao,

I am writing to express my happiness with my new house. I have lived in Taipei City for over 15 years. However, I keep renting the house in this busy city. Few year ago, I decided to save more money to buy my own house. Finally, I do it. I do not need to pay for the rental house fee and move every 2 years.

My new house is located in New Taipei City, which is near the MRT station. It is a 10-floor apartment, and my two-bedroom unit is in 5th floor. I decided that one of the rooms will be my bedroom, and another one will be my working area. In addition, the most amazing part is that I have a cute balcony where I can see the mountain and river view. I cannot wait to stay there for the whole day.

To share this good news, I want to invite you to come to Taiwan. This time, we do not need to look for the hostel and worry about what time to check in and check out. You can totally relax in my house. Let’s have a coffee and a beer in terrace. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
