Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you about the newly opened intern role at your company that I am interested in.

I would like to start by introducing myself. I am Divya, a graduate from The University of Texas at Dallas. I did my masters in Information and management which closely aligns with the role offered by your company. I have almost 2 years of experience from back in India and have been working on few personal projects related to the skills mentioned for this internship opportunity. I will also be certified as a product owner by the end of this month.

Recently I was applying to few jobs on LinkedIn and stumbled upon this opportunity. Since i am recent graduate, I will need to find an internship opportunity and work as an intern before I apply for full- time roles. I went through the job description and noticed that I have the necessary skills for this role. I did apply through the job portal but also wanted to reach out and pitch myself.

As an experienced product owner, I have the exposure working with cross- functional teams and multiple team sizes. I have the AI background which is crucial for this role. I am confident and capable of handling a team and I would like to be provided an opportunity to interview for this role.
