Dear Sam,

I hope you’re doing well ! I’m writing to you to share the good news of me moving out of my old apartment to a new one.

It is honestly a relief now, the main reason why I’ve decided to move out was that my old apartment was very far from my work place and it had not many accomodations close by, on the other hand, the new one is on Elm Street and about 10 minutes of walking from my work place, it has two spacious rooms and a balcony to enjoy the sun.

The house decoration is still an ongoing project LOL, but I’ve managed to get a comfortable sofa and a few small tables here and there in the living room, I’m also planning to decorate the balcony with some plants to make the view more cozy and enjoyable.

I’m also getting my new TV delivered this Saturday afternoon, you should definitely come over and visit, it would be a perfect opportunity to catch up over coffee cups and our infamous chess games.
