Dear Aline,

I hope you are doing well. I have some exciting news to share with you: I have recently moved into a new house, and I am absolutely delighted with it. As you know, I had been looking for a more comfortable place for quite some time, so I am relieved that I have finally found somewhere that feels like home.

The house is a spacious three-bedroom property with a bright living room, a modern kitchen and a small garden at the back. My favourite part is the large balcony, which overlooks a quiet street and gets plenty of natural light in the afternoon. Although there are still a few things I need to unpack and organise, I have already managed to make the place feel warm and welcoming.

The neighbourhood is equally appealing. It is peaceful and relatively quiet, yet there are several shops, cafés and a supermarket within walking distance. There is also a lovely park nearby where people go for walks and children can play safely. Since the area has good public transport connections, it is also easy to get to the city centre.

I would really love you to come and see the house for yourself. Why don’t you come over next weekend? We could have lunch together and I can give you a tour of the neighbourhood.
