Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding a terrible accident I had at your supermarket last week.
Last Friday at 2 PM, I was shopping at your large branch in Cairo, when my new wallet disappeared in the crowd. I was shocked because it was not only a new one but also contained my 2 credit cards and approximately 5000 Egyptian pounds.
I went immediately to the security office at your market who asked for some details about it, such as the color and the time of the lost. Once I gave him all the data he needed, he instantly reviewed the surveillance camera records. After an hour, he succeeded in identifying the thief and catching him, and ultimately, I got my wallet safely.
Despite this successful mission, the staff was struggling to identify the criminal’s face due to the low resolution of the CCTV. That is why I suggest upgrading your security system, using high resolution cameras to make the identification much easier.
Yours faithfully,
Mohamed Atef
