Dear Jake,

I hope you are healthy and fine when my letter finds you. I remember last time you visited me in my house in Mississauga, that three bedroom house which was full of bugs and insects, doesn’t matter how many times I had it disinfected.

You will be happy to know that I have shifted to the new house in Brampton. The sole reason why I moved is that the house I used to live in was outdated, old and the owner of the house was not willing to renowate it before renewing the lease.

The house I am living in right now is perfect for me, it have three bedroom one master and two small. The part of the house that I like the most is kitchen it is the cleanest part of the house and all the appliances are up to date. The location of the house is also the reason why I choose it, it is close to the grocery store and bus terminal, moreover, my college is at the walking distance.

You never stayed with me in my old house because it was full of bugs and cockroaches, you know what I agree with you on that but now I don’t want any reason from you for not visiting my new house. I want you to stay at least one day.
