Dear Fiona,

How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you well.

I’m writing to let you know that I have rented a new house in the ABC district, just a few blocks away from your home. I moved in last week and couldn’t be happier!

As you know, I’ve always wanted a larger house with a backyard instead of a small apartment. Luckily, I found a beautiful, affordable, modern, and fully equipped townhouse online, so I didn’t hesitate to book it right away. Since my apartment lease was about to end, the timing worked out perfectly for the move.

Once I’ve fully settled in, I’d love to invite you over for dinner one evening. We could even plan a pajama party—it’ll be so much fun to catch up at my new place!

I can’t wait to see you soon.
