Dear Roman,

I am so exited to tell you that we have finally moved into our dream home!

As you know, we have a newcomer in our family. After Timur’s birthday we shortly realized that our condo is way too small for us. One bedroom and 30 sq.m in total are unaceptable for the baby. “Arise Condo” is a lovely place and we will definately miss it. But, you know, it is more for toursits rather than expats.

So, we checked in with all our belongings last week. Our new home is a townhouse with 2 floors and almost 100 sq.m space. We have a private parking covered from the rain and it is just enough for family car and my bike. Additionally our backyard has a small laundry area, summer shower and recently installed a baby pool. The best thing, is that we finally have enough space for our visitors to stay overnight! In the matter of this fact, we want to invite you for our “New Home Party” on the 25th of July. I hope you can make it!I look forward to your confirmation!Best Regards,Azat
