Dear Lisa,

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to share some exciting news—I’ve just moved into a new home, and I can’t wait for you to see it!

The house is located in a lovely neighborhood in the suburbs, just 20 minutes from the city center. It has three spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a beautiful garden where I’m planning to plant some flowers. The kitchen is my favorite part; it’s modern and has all the space I need for cooking up our favorite dishes.

I’d love for you to come and visit me soon. How about next weekend? We could have a small get-together, and I’ll give you a tour of the place. I’m sure you’ll love it here as much as I do.
