Dear Lisa,

I hope you are doing fine. I am Jeny your new neighbor. I had recently moved in my new dream home which is next to your house.

This house is located at a residential area. Our neighborhood is very explorative which is beside the park and very sweet-able for walk with you partner. Especially, it has a large kitchen because cooking is my passion.

I loved to invite you in my house. We can spent a quality time together and having a bar-b-q party in my backyard. I can’t wait to see you.
