I am writing to complain about a mobile phone that I purchased from your store last week. I bought the phone on 10 April from your downtown branch, and the model was a Samsung Galaxy A54.
Unfortunately, when I opened the package at home, I noticed that the screen had a crack on the top right corner. In addition, the battery drains very quickly, even after being fully charged. As this was a brand-new product, I was extremely disappointed to discover these issues.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the phone with a new one as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available, I would like to request a full refund. I have attached a copy of the receipt for reference.
