Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my extreamly dissatisfaction with my rice cooker which I have recently purchased your electronics shop. The name of shop is Reliable Electronics.

When I unpacked that, the issue I noticed its thermostat was an abnormal condition. However I had not confirmed whether it was perfect or not.

I have properly installed the rice cooker according to its operating manual. Although I was trying to cook some rice as per manufacturer company’s instruction, It was not run accurately .It was shut off frequently. When the cooking has completed I noticed the rice cooker would not able to shut downed automatically. I had shut down it manually by using its off-on switch.

I would request you for full replacement of my rice cooker with free delivery within three days . Its will covers its replacement guarantee.
