Dear Sir

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my rice-cooker which I have recently purchased your electronics shop.

When I have unpacked that, the issue I noticed I find its thermostat has abnormal condition. However I had not confirmed either it is perfect or not.

I have installed the rice cooker according to its operating manual and I was trying to cook some rice as per instruction which provided by its manufacturer along with this. When the cooking has completed I noticed the rice cooker would not able to shut downed automatically. I had shut down it manually by using its switch.

I would request you for full replacement of my rice cooker with free of cost delivery within three days which will cover its replacement guarantee.
