Dear Mr. Clark,

I am writing this letter to apologize regarding the damage I have cause to your laptop.

I you remeber last Monday I asked to borrow you laptop for a sudden meeting that i had to attend. However during the meeting I accedintally bump my water bottle and the water spilled to your laptop which was place on the table.

I feel bad for what happended and I know that I am responsible for that accident. I know hoe important your laptop is you told me recently that uit was a gift from your mother and it is your first ever laptop. Additionally, all the important files and documents are installed to that laptop. Therefore, I feel really bad and I would like to take acountabily for my action.

To show how remorseful I am I will replace your laptop wiht a brandnew one I know that I cannot replace the value it hold and once again I apologize. aside from replacing the laptop I w ould like to bring the laptop to a repair show to try and restore the laptop so that we can go through it and try to recover the important documents.

Once again I apolize and I am looking forward to your response.
